1. Acceptance

By using Promptimize, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Promptimize Does

Promptimize is an AI prompt generation tool that takes user-submitted ideas and generates optimized prompts for use with AI models including Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini.

3. Free and Pro Plans

  • The Free plan allows 5 prompt generations per day
  • The Pro plan at $5/month allows unlimited generations
  • Free plan limits are enforced per device for guests and per account for logged-in users
  • We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable notice

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Promptimize to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

6. Your Content

The ideas and text you submit to Promptimize are yours. We do not claim ownership over your inputs or the prompts generated for you. Your inputs are processed by Anthropic's API and subject to their usage policies.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Promptimize available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Promptimize is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Promptimize after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
